I had Colonial Chem Dry in to clean carpeting in basement and in upstairs bedrooms. Service technician was personable, conscientious, and professional. I was especially impressed with followup phone call and postcard soliciting my impressions with the intention of improving their business. Many companies today sadly lack true customer focus and service, but not this one.
