Nic called me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, I showed him the two area rugs and the area in my basement where carpeting needed to be cleaned. He then brought out his blacklight to determine whether my dog had peed on my living room rug. Yes he had. I knew my dog had also peed on the area rug in my second bedroom. As for my basement, a leak resulted in mold and mildew in a limited area. Nic vacuumed all surfaces before he cleaned and deodorized. He was very thorough and walked me through to check on all the areas he cleaned. It was an excellent job. I could not be more pleased.
