Phil, our technician was great! He explained what challenges there might be getting my sofa clean (it was REALLY bad), and I decided to go ahead anyway. He managed to get it clean! Great personality, and he took care making sure my cats wouldn't escape the house, which is very important to us. We were able to get an appointment a lot sooner than I expected. I will recommend this company to everyone.
