We had water damage in our basement from all of the ice and snow in the winter. The technician was very upfront and honest that all of the water stains might not come out of the carpet. However, he did an excellent job, and the carpet looks wonderful! The technician had a cancellation, so he called to see if he could come to our house earlier if it was convenient for me. He thoroughly cleaned up the basement when he was done with the carpet, and he was very friendly and personable.
