I've used Colonial Chem-Dry a few times on wall-to-wall carpeting that had some feline problems and have always been pleased with the results. Today I had a small entry marble tile floor cleaned and polished by Tim and it looks like a new floor - clean, shiny and beautiful. I am very happy with this company.
