Up until this last experience, we had been doing business with COIT Cleaning & Restoration Services of South Jersey for over 18 years. We are a business, and not just your typical small residential customer. What happened was, that about two to three months after cleaning, some stains reappeared on our carpet. COIT provides a 30 day guarantee on their cleaning, and these stains reappeared about two or three months outside that window of time. We called them, and they would not come back out to examine and take care of the stains. They did offer us a discount on a cleaning job. But, we explained to them that was the exact same stains on the exact same spots. We even sent them photos. We engaged in some back and forth over whether or not it was an oil stain, or a burn mark, or where dirty wheels had been run over the carpet. And then it was some more back and forth about who said what when, and some unanswered emails we sent them, but here is the thing - - - after 18 years of being their customer, I think they should have just come back out without all that hassle, and taken care of the problem. That kind of thing does not make us feel like they really appreciated our business. So, they won't have to worry about us calling them again! If I could give them less than one star, I would!
