I want to start off by saying this is the best company I have ever hired to clean our home! We have three dogs at my house ( All labs). We have had our carpets cleaned in the past and even though the gentlemen were nice, the service was not up to par in my opinion. My wife and I wanted to get our home cleaned after the holidays and we stumbled across Chem Dry. The Individual that cleaned our home (George) was on time and was super friendly. He started off by explaining what exactly he was going to do and how the products they use work. He explained all the options we could chose from but never pushed us into buying more then the basic package they offered. You can tell they take time to make sure their staff is educated on all the products and methods they use and it showed by the way George explained everything to us. Our carpets look brand new and smell great!!!! All that being said, I would HIGHLY recommend this company! Great Service all around.
