When I ended up in a bad financial situation and I needed a car, I really did not know what to do. But, then I found Auto Mall 59 and I felt so relieved. They are nothing like the other dealers I went to before! I was a little nervous to go, but then I found out that they cater their services to people with lower income who may also have bad credit. At a normal dealership, they charge you a high interest rate and try to make as much money off of you as they can, if you can get a car at all! I was worried because I knew I could not afford to go to a regular dealer. But at Auto Mall, they treat the customer with the utmost respect and friendly behavior. They treated me like I had $100,000 to spend! The salesman my wife and I worked with was so helpful and kind. He was really thorough and offered us a great deal. The GM Don was great! He was so helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us so much and he was extremely polite. Overall, all of their employees are excellent people. It was a very pleasant experience overall.
