I have been using Eco Clean for a couple of years now. I've had many technicians and they are all very nice, courteous, and professional. However, I must say the costs have gone up significantly. When I compare my invoice from 7/20/23 to my receipt from 5/27/24 I was charged $125.00 dollars more for the exact same job. Further, I don't feel the "gas charge" is appropriate. There is such a thing as "the cost of doing business" - and if you choose to provide an in-home service, the onus of the expense should be on the company. Finally, although Tyrone was very nice (I even tipped him $20.00) his cleaning did not compare to the level of clean achieve by Eddie. I'm not a big review writer (in fact I think this is my second one ever!) - but I hope my feedback is deemed helpful in some way!
