Dodrill has a top notch technician working for them. His name is Brandon Baldwin. Brandon is very knowledgeable, professional and polite. It is very important for a companies success to have great employees and he is definitely one of them. I have not had the best of luck with the new unit we purchased from Dodrill, however, they honor the warranty and Brandon has went above and beyond to make sure the unit is working as it should. I will continue to be a Dodrill customer as long as they have great technicians like Brandon coming in to my home!
