We are on the preferred customer plan with Doddrill Heating and Cooling. In the early afternoon on 12/5/18 we noticed an electrical fire smell in the house and identified it as coming from our furnace. We shut it down immediately and called Doddrill Heating and Cooling. My wife's 91 year old mother is living with us so it's urgent we don't go without heat for an extended period of time. We called Doddrill and they immediately dispatched a technician ( Norris ) to take a look at our problem. Norris diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and had our heat restored before noon the following day. We really appreciate the service we received in such a timely manner. Thank you.
