Warren did a thorough job cleaning our ducts, was very friendly, and took the time to explain how he was going to perform the cleaning and to ask if we had any concerns. There was a small problem with accessing some older vents that had multiple coats of paint on them, but once he explained that problem, we were able to resolve the issue easily and clean them. He was very diligent about completing all aspects of the job, took care to protect walls and furniture from the cleaning equipment, and checked to ensure that we were happy with the cleaning. When finished, Warren took time to explain where he saw any potential problems in our ductworks for future reference. Very satisfied!
