William Brewster was our service person to clean our ducts. He was on time, courteous, thorough, communicated what he was doing and worked diligently to get the job done. He cleaned-up after he finished so we didn't have to. One thing I'll point-out in particular. At the end of the job after cleaning our furnace, he cycled it on to ensure it ran properly. We both noticed a high pitch hum from the furnace. He didn't just ignore it and leave. He spent additional time investigating the source, fixing it (tightened a panel) and then asked if I was satisfied. That's integrity and accountability!
