Installation was good! Follow-up wasn't!
The installation of the furnace was good. The guys from Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling did a good job. They explained things to us. But the follow-up wasn't as good. I called about the water softener they installed, and they weren't willing to help me out without charging me.
