My sister and I co-own a 4 bedroom house in Poway. For a few years we tried to manage it ourselves. Rental money is deposited on time, we don't get calls at random times during the day when things need fixing, and if there is a problem with a renter, they take care of it. I am kept in the loop when decisions are being made or renters need something, but I no longer need to worry about my rental. Using American Heritage Properties was one of the best ideas.
