Two star from me. I went here to have my car serviced for the first time. Excited since everyone was really nice. The girl who made my appointment was sweet and sounded like she really cared. The guy who took my car was funny, but picking up my car was a different story. The Asian lady in the counter clearly had an attitude problem and didn't want to be there. Told me to wait nonchalantly, and she did not seem like she was doing anything. She clearly did not want to help anyone. The second lady who helped me was nice enough, but the Asian lady suddenly interrupted us and talked with her when she was already helping me out. It was unprofessional and it irritated me, but whatever, I was just happy my car was done and they gave me a free car wash.

However, when I saw my car, I started to freak out cause there was spots on the front. After closer inspection, those turned out to be just dirt that they clearly did not even bother to clean. In my head I thought "why bother rinsing the car out and not thoroughly cleaning it when they have pamphlets about saving water." I mean what's the point of doing a car wash if they're not even going to actually clean it. It's a waste of water.
After all this, my friend told me to take it to the PCH Toyota. She said they cleaned her car inside-out and it looked spotless. So if you're planning to take your car in for service, go to the Torrance location on PCH instead. I know I will.
