We appreciated that everyone from Indy Renovation was polite and respectful of our home. They let us know what work would be done each day, when the next crew would be there, and what they would be doing. That's not always the way with contractors. This job went the way it should. Even when there was a problem, they realized that the problem was on their end because they ordered materials that wouldn't work. Instead of making a big deal out of it, they gave us an upgrade. They knew right away the materials wouldn't be satisfactory, we didn't even have to say anything. I appreciated their honesty, and they were very upfront with everything. The upgrade kept us satisfied with the job. It also allowed them to get the job done, so they could get out of our house, and give us our bathroom back. While they were here working, they put sheets down on the stairs and cleaned up every day. As a woman home alone with them, I felt very comfortable and respected. The finished project is beautiful.
