I have a number of appliances with warranties through NSI. They have serviced my dishwasher, refrigerator, and washing machine (yes I must have bad luck), or maybe you could say I'm lucky that I had warranty coverage and didn't have to pay for any of these fixes. Every time they have been out, they have fixed my stuff quickly and they are always professional. They even reimbursed me approx. $200 for food that I lost when my frig died last summer. Hopefully I don't ever need to call them again, but if I do, I am confident that they will fix my problem...Thanks
