Bad experience.
I would not recommend Stark Auto. We bought a 2009 Chevy Impala from them, which had a recall. I had a problem with the ignition key, so I called them to get the recall work done. My wife scheduled an appointment and took it over. The guy there said we needed both sets of keys, so they made us make another appointment. When we came back they said that they didn't have the part they needed. I don't understand why they even called us to begin with. There was another dealership in Evansville, which is closer to us, so we went there to get the work done. All they had to do was put a plastic ring around the ignition so it didn't jiggle. We stick to that dealership now, and I don't think I'll be going back to Stark anytime soon.
