I hired Affordable Roofing to replace A flat portion of my house's roof with a product called Gaco about a year and a half ago. I believe that the product is of food quality however I do not believe that it was installed correctly. Ever since the installation, I have had problems with several leaks and portions of the Gaco peeling off. It has been very difficult to get Affordable back to my home to repair the roof. several times I was told they would be there "tomorrow" and no one would show up for weeks. Every time I called they kept saying the same thing. I eventually had to have my lawyer write them a letter threatening to sue them if they did not come out. They were there the next day...
The roof now has rotted sections under the Gaco from where it had been leaking for so long. I have been told they would come out & repair it now for about a month and no one has shown up. every time I call, I get the same answer of "you are on the schedule, we are just a little behind."
I guess I will have to threaten to sue again.

I do not recommend Affordable Roofing, and Siding.
