I typically don't leave reviews, but I feel it's important to share my recent disappointing experience with Chem-Dry by The Millers. I strongly advise against choosing this cleaning company.

I contacted Chem-Dry online to schedule an appointment and received a call to confirm. During scheduling, I specifically requested that they clean under a sectional in my living room by moving it out of the way. I added that I would be glad to help move the pieces, I was told that this would not be a problem.

When the two-person crew arrived, I repeated my request about the living room and pointed out all the areas needing attention. However, my concerns grew when I inspected their work in an upstairs bedroom and found dirt around an air vent untouched, this was an obvious area that needed to be cleaned to anyone that cared about their work. I asked them to redo it.

After they finished in the living room, I asked if they had cleaned under the sectional. The crew leader assured me they had, but this was a lie.

Upon reassembling the sectional, I discovered a visible stain and other dirt that should have been easy to clean. I contacted Chem-Dry By The Millers and asked to speak to a manager, but the women I spoke with seemed surprised and confused that someone would want to speak with a manager. No one bothered to call me.

Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with their service and lack of professionalism.
