The great experience was that the store is large, clean, and offers a great selection. The staff wears a "uniform" of white shirts, red vests, and black pants - as well as a smile.
We had Josiah, who was knowledgeable about the products. We needed a washer. When we selected one, he had to look up the price. All the other washers had tags on them with the original price and the sale price. The machine we chose did not, so we had to take his word on the price. But my sister saw a 'dinged up - as is' model and the price was more than the sale price we received.
He also arranged a zero percent loan because we purchased over the $599 minimum for such a loan. The only reduction for a star was that we did NOT get free delivery and takeaway, as most stores offer. In fact Airport Appliance began running ads saying that they offered it, but when I called to ask if we could have a refund - I was told all the "circumstances" required to get that free delivery model...I think they should follow the lead of Lowes, Home Depot, and Sears in appliance delivery and takeaway - free. But we will be back. I liked our experience there and I really like the GE washer we bought.
