Patrick Casale called to say he was on his way and arrived exactly on schedule. He brought with him any equipment he might need. He used my stepladder and let me steady it since it was wobbly. He explained what he was doing and marked the fixture so that if I need to replace the bulbs I'll put them in the right way. He was good company - friendly and respectful. He took away the old bulbs and the ballast. Perfect!
