I have worked with Precision Heating & Air twice. Originally there had been a problem with my ac unit, and I called them for help. They were honest about the problem and gave me several solutions, temporary and long term. I went with a temporary fix at first, and then eventually I called them back to replace the unit. All the technicians that I worked with were polite and professional. I am glad that I replaced the unit. I have had no problems since, and have been happy so far.
