I was very pleased with their service. The only thing I had an issue with was that I didn't have a very clear understanding of the air conditioner unit that I was getting as a replacement. The one I had originally installed actually showed the temperature outside the house, inside the house, and it had a dehumidifier. This one doesn't, and I liked the old one a little more.
