I've had a property for 12 years and before I met Doug Shorter Property Mgmt Co, I had used other companies and they were terrible. Other companies brought me terrible tenants and didn't say what they were going to do. I've had at least 5 other companies and they were all terrible. For example, one of the tenants was allowed to have dogs and the house was infested with fleas, and I had to get and exterminator. It was a mess. However, Kim is outstanding and the last tenants she found have been in my property for about 6 or 7 years. With Doug Shorter Property Mgmt, everything is perfect!
