The people at Greater Waterbury Imaging Ctr are nice and everything, but the last time I was there I had to wait for an hour. I got there early, so I'd be on time like they told me. They put me downstairs in the waiting area, and no one came to tell me that they were having problems with the machine. It wasn't until the secretary got back from lunch and found me still sitting there that they said anything. I am a reasonable person, thank goodness I'm not one of those crazy people who gets angry when they are kept waiting or things go wrong. They were nice enough, but I would have appreciated some better communication about the situation. I would only recommend them if they got better communication.
