I've had multiple MRIs over the years at Greater Waterbury Imaging Ctr. It is always clean. The people are very efficient, and professional. After registering, I only have to sit for a couple of minutes before being called. The tech escorts me to wherever I need to go. They always make me feel comfortable and explain exactly what is going on and when it's going to happen. I've been going there for at least twenty years and wouldn't go anywhere else.
