I have always experienced good customer service with Greater Waterbury Imaging Ctr. This is with the front desk, where good customer service always starts, and also in the back with the people running the MRI machine. I have always been treated very kindly. I get a little anxious inside the machine, and they go slowly for me. They get the results back quickly, and they are also quick when it comes to scheduling appointments. They make the process easy, and they take care of calling the insurance company for me. I wish that I could do every test and diagnostic at Greater Waterbury Imaging Ctr! They really go above and beyond for me!
