Jerry the owner is professional, efficient, and did a superb job on my Armenian rugs. They responded to my inquiries quickly, came to my home for an assessment and estimate, and took the rugs the same day. Both rugs needed to be cleaned and one mended. They returned them approximately two weeks later. They look fabulous! I will definitely use them again.
