Steve Itami was the worst inspector I have ever seen
Steve gave an inspection 75% of the things that he said required attention were wrong. We brought in all the right people to fix the things he said needed to be done.
75% of the items were in good condition. I would not recommend him for anything. Very unprofessional
I gave him 1 star but he should get no stars
