The location listed here is incorrect. When we called to ask help to find them, we were told that the address was listed this way to indicate that they service the area. Do NOT travel to this location thinking you can have your carpet serviced. In fact, their actual location is about an hour from the listed address. They refused to stay open for fifteen minutes beyond closing when we explained we were at their listed location and needed another hour to get to their actual location, stating simply that it was Friday and nobody was staying late. They gave an illegitimate address in order to get more business from the Arlington area and took no steps to make it right for me when I fell victim to it. This is a terrible way to do business. I encourage you to choose somewhere else for carpet cleaning.
