Juan of Donado Tree Services is very customer-service oriented. He tries to assist me in accomplishing whatever it is I want accomplished. We have a lot of trees, and we spend so much money on managing the trees. He is very accommodating of my needs, and the needs of the property of the housing development I manage. The board of directors sometimes just want to know how much something will cost, without actually doing it. He is always willing to provide a quote for free, even if the project doesn't happen.
