At first I was not so sure about a shop that was recommended by the insurance company that was to cover my car repairs. But my recent experience with Kadel's auto shop in Tigard convinced me that this is a great one-stop shop to have everything taken care of for you after an unpleasant car accident. They are honest and professional; and the rates are reasonable. They kept me well informed of the progress of repairs and completed the repairs on time. My car looks as new as before after the repair! When I discovered that the paint of my car logo plate was peeling off after I picked up my car, they took my car back. Gary, the production manager, was going out of his way to find a temporary plate to replace the old one while ordering a new one that fits better. He is courteous, professional, and fantastic to work with! The adjuster, and the shop manager (Tony) are also very good. I will definitely recommend Kadel's to my family and friends.
