Don't promise things you can't produce, need better customer service.
From the beginning, there were issues with financing for water softener. It was very unclear to me, and I am the purchaser. They did not install the water softener because I had not signed the paper work, and it was very vague. I feel like I should have been brought to the office and paper work explained to me, me sign the paper work, and they do what they have to do with it. The installer came, and I asked him to insure me he would be back with the contract, and he was clueless about it. However, he was good. The salesman told me he was going to give me something in lieu of my issues, and never did he lied. I went to the office and spoke with the manager, told her what he told me, and she did not give it to me either. She gave me something else. I would not buy another water softener from them, nor would I recommend them.
