They installed a water softener. It was hard to find any information on Kinetico without talking to the salesperson. When I tried to call he main office you are directed to your salesperson. He asked us if we knew anything about water softener's. He was clearly trying to sale the most expensive one. A family member asked us what system we had and we don't know. They said there are several different ones other than one is electric and one is not. Come to find out there are several companies and products they use. They did try to make it right a gave us some money off. With the drinking water system we were told when we got the counter tops in they would come out. One person said don't have the counter top people drill the holes and the other said have them drill the holes. When the guy came out to install the drinking water system he explained there were different finishes. The office had to call the salesperson. I can't recommend them because they don't give you full detail and the water is really slippery and when asked if that is normal we were told you can either treat the water or not. They did try to make things right but I didn't appreciate the guy that came had some one training and he was rude and he also left cigarette butts in our yard. We are not smokers and didn't appreciate that. You have to use the dealer in your area and in my case they were very secretive and did not provide all the knowledge.
