I have five kids and seven vehicles among us. The service we get from Waterloo Motors Inc is spectacular. I appreciate the communication that their team provides and their recognition that we are a community and they want to be part of that community through their service. They live by the idea that caring for neighbors means caring for everyone. I am a firm believer in supporting small, independent businesses. I first went there twenty years ago with my foreign vehicle rather than taking it to the dealer. Years later, when I went in for routine service, Dan brought my attention to a recall on the frame of the vehicle. I took it to the dealer for that recall repair. If I had not known about it, I would have been at great personal risk in case of an accident. It would have been disastrous. Without Waterloo, I would not have known about the recall.
