When I called Express the person I dealt with said she would get someone out 'sooner rather than later'. I appreciated that. Turns out I had a major project done. My technician was very professional and thorough in explaining what would be done. He then worked very hard all afternoon and seemed so thorough and conscientious about everything he did. As he was finishing the job he was precise in seeing that everything in the house was working correctly and I was informed of what he had done with 'before and after' photos of his work. Really a pleasant experience. Oren K. was very professional, neat in appearance, and hard working.
