Alex was fantastic! So helpful and knowledgeable! He took the time to explain the problems to me in ways I understood. AND provided me with options and suggestions for better safety and maintenance. Of course he fixed the problem - restoring power to my home quickly, effectively and professionally. He also answered all of my random questions about various electrical upgrades I am interested in doing like adding dimmers and wall fixtures. His apprentice was also extremely helpful and professional! a+++++!
