Our order of a 20.4 NoBo was in January. Delivery was to be April. Called in April and told May. A repeat call in May and told by Start of June. When it still was on wait list, we requested cancellation as my cancer treatment was being changed. They refused request even though they haven’t performed and have a waiting list where they will not suffer any costs. THIS IS NOT AN HONORABLE BUSINESS POLICY AND PLAN TO SEEK LEGAL ADVICE.
