Precision Chem Dry came in and they cleaned a living room, a great room, a bedroom, a hallway and stairs including the landing and that's what we typically have any cleaners do.

They also did some pet treatment where they went around and found pet stains and treated them. They were courteous, respectful and on time, they even showed up early. They were engaged the entire time, they worked really hard at cleaning the carpets with a tremendous amount of focused effort. I work from home and watched what they were doing the whole time and I was pretty impressed.

They communicated well with me during the entire job and really I have nothing to complain about and nothing I would change about the service.
