I just called them to make another appointment and they're coming on Monday. The first time they came they sent a younger kid and he didn't seem to know what he was doing completely and he got water all over our landing and I actually slipped on it, thankfully I didn't get hurt but I felt he should have covered it some how.

I actually had to call Juan and have him send him back out after because he treated a certain area on the carpet that had pet excrement on it but after he left the spot came right back so I don't think he was too happy with having to come back out but he did.

Overall the service was good but it could have been better, that being said I am using them again.
