We had a reservation for a kayak the state park sent us to the boat shop by 3 different people
Directing traffic when I asked where to get the rental. After waiting in line we were told that during the summer they move them out of their building and to a different location (like there’s any other season for renting kayaks etc) by the time we found the other building and waited in their line our reservation was already over 30 min in. I expressed my frustration to the staff at the reservation desk whom said “that’s the date parks issue and I’m frustrated too”. You’d think they would be able to inform you of a different location that with the other rentals when you make the reservation. They did extend the time by 30 min however it took an additional 15 min to get to the right place to actually get the boat in the water because of their wrong directions. So we ultimately paid for 2 hours and we’re lucky to get 1 hour & 15 minutes. I will NEVER rent from them again!!!!
