They're very proactive. I talked to them numerous times before we settled on what we were going to have once our basement was completed. Once we finally made the decision, they didn't take long putting it in. We're very happy with our selection and with the installation -- there were a few minor things, but they addressed them right away, and we're really happy with our floor and with their service.
