Dr Mortimer is the best! He is an excellent Doctor and he takes the time to answer questions and explain everything you need to know about your child's condition.
We had to see Shelley a few times when Dr Mortimer wasn't available. First of all, she doesn't listen. You tell her the symptoms your child has and then she asks you again and again what the symptoms are. Very frustrating and annoying. The worst thing is that because of her my child is now terrified of the doctors office. On one occasion she was holding my crying child down and trying to get the tongue depressor into the mouth. The force she used caused my child's lips and gums to bleed! I will never ever let her near my child again! Ever since this incident my child starts crying as soon as we pull in the parking lot!
