I was going to a different pediatrician near me and needed a second opinion. Dr Mortimer knew the CORRECT diagnosis quickly and helped my daughter tremendously. They are always quick to see my kids when there's a need and are always professional and courteous. They will listen and answer questions at appointments and the nurses are tremendous with phone in questions. I live across the road from a pediatrician but I drive 45 minutes to go to Next Gen.
