The person made too many condescending remarks,
such as: You did everything backwards; Hope
your pipes don't burst, etc. etc.
Phone staff was friendly & efficient, but wouldn't
consider those guys again. Would have preferred
a plan to repair or update things, rather than "Write
a check and we'll fix things".
