Though there were promises made about close communication with the lead technician during the job, it didn’t happen. I never saw or heard from him again after the first morning. No one who could speak as project manager or coordinator was on site. Instaad, I had to repeatedly call the Peter Levi office staff to find out information about progress on the job. Duration was promised as 2-2.5 days. Now it’s been 4 days and the job is still not complete. Also, plants in the garden which were ripped up have not been properly replanted. I am disappointed with the quality of customer service
