Alex w/ Peter Levi was wonderful! He was incredibly fast and replaced our broken flow-regulator in the blink of an eye with the new one Stiebel-Eltron had shipped me. Alas, Peter Levi prices are quite steep. For a fairly easy project, which required a short period of time to fix, (with the replacement part supplied by the client) $400 seems exorbitant. Alex was first-rate though. Thank you.
