I booked a water tank service and got an appointment within 2 days, which was great. The technician, Nick, arrived on time and was very friendly and helpful in explaining the job and kept me updated as he did the service. I happened to ask him about changing our laundry sink and, to my amazement, he said that he could install a new sink that same morning! He went to collect the new sink and had it installed within a couple of hours! He also waived the boiler service fee, which was a bonus. This was a really great service, which far exceeded my expectations.
